Gluten free Korean style baby back ribs

Here is a very nice and simple way to make a gluten free Korean style baby back ribs that has a savory sweet with a mild kick of heat.  This method can be used for any style of ribs but I recommend using baby back ribs.  The outcome are delicious, succulent ribs that are moist and very juicy (cant forget tender too).

Ingredients:

1-2 rack of baby back ribs

1/3 cup coconut aminos or gluten free soy sauce

1/4 cup organic cane sugar

2 tbsp sesame oil

3 tbsp Korean pepper paste

2-3 garlic cloves (finely minced)

1/2 white onion

2 kiwi fruit

3 green onion stalks

Directions:

1. Start off by peeling the skin off the 2 kiwi fruits, then crush them in a bowl.

2. Use a grater and grate onion and garlic cloves into the bowl of kiwi fruit.

3. Chop up green onions.

4. Combine and mix the green onions, coconut aminos, sugar, sesame oil, Korean pepper paste and sesame seeds together.

5. Put baby back ribs in a large zip lock bag and pour the marinade mix into the zip lock bag.

6. Seal and shake it up until the marinade is mixed well with ribs for at least 3 hours or overnight.

7. In a aluminum tray, grease with oil on the bottom of tray and place the marinaded ribs on top. Cover with aluminum foil.

8. Preheat oven at 375 degrees and put in oven for 50 minutes.  During the last 3 minutes remaining, remove aluminum foil covering ribs and turn on broiler.  Place ribs under the broiler for the last 3 minutes or until the top of the ribs have a nice brown color.

9. Remove ribs out of the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

10. Cut up individual ribs or however you like it to be and enjoy.
