Simple Cheesy Garlic Bread

For some odd reason I had a craving for cheesy garlic bread. I use to just love the ones in J&R steak house. I was just trying to make something similar with my gluten free hot dog buns. It came out pretty good. I just wish my husband didn’t eat it all :P.

Ingredients:

1 cup shredded cheese (your desired choice)

2 clove garlic (minced)

1/3 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp fresh parsley (minced)

1 pinch ground black pepper

1 pinch sea salt

2-3 Udis gluten free hot dog buns (or bread of your choice cut in half)

Directions:

1. Preheat conventional toaster oven to 350 F degrees. Then combine cheese, garlic, mayonnaise, parsley, pepper and salt together in a bowl. Mix everything together until it is combined well.

2. Spread mixture on hot dog buns or bread of your choice.

3. Grease baking sheet or tray and place hot dog buns into the oven for about 8 minutes and put the broiler on for an additional 2 minutes to achieve a nice golden color on top.

4. Now you got yourself a fantastic cheesy bread.  Enjoy!
