Baked Lemon Grass Chicken Wings
I remember last summer I did this recipe when our friends came over for a grilling party. It turned out to be a great hit. This time I thought I would bake them and see if it taste as great. The result was awesome. This recipe is great for both grilling and baking.
Ingredients:
1 lb. chicken wings (10 pieces)
1 tsp organic cane sugar
2-3 tbsp minced lemon grass
1 tbsp gluten free soy sauce (regular soy sauce)
1 tbsp rice wine or white wine
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tsp Indian curry powder
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients with the chicken wings.
2. Mix all the ingredients together with the chicken wings thoroughly.
3. Let the chicken marinate for at least 3-4 hours. (Optionally for even more flavor, overnight marination in the fridge)
4. Now that the marination process is done, you can put the wings on a greased baking sheet and in the oven at 350 F degrees for 30 minutes. Put on the broiler during the last 3-5 minutes (watch carefully).
5. Serve this with rice or pasta or even eat it by itself. Enjoy!

These wings look delicious. I’ve got a huge pot of lemon grass outside the kitchen door and I rarely use it. Iknow what it’s going to be used in this weekend!
