Kinnikinnick Gluten Free Pizza Crust
My wife and me love pizza! We usually crave a slice or two for lunch or dinner usually every other week. It used to be more frequent a few years back but since we have moved on with a gluten free diet, that has all changed. So many pizzas in the pizzeria and supermarket do not have gluten free pizza. However there are some offerings that do exist which have changed the gluten free landscape for us.
Kinnikinnick’s mission is to provide Celiacs, people with autism and other people with special dietary needs with uncontaminated, risk free source of food products. Some of the more common ones seen in the market are their bread crumbs, donuts, cake mixes, muffins, cookies and of course their pizza crust which brings me to today’s topic of the day.
I purchased a box of Kinnikinnick Gluten Free Pizza Crust for under 5 dollars. You get 4 personal sized pizza crust which come in a perfect portion size fora quick lunch or dinner in my opinion. The pizza crusts are gluten free and made with all natural ingredients and dusted with corn meal at the bottom of each crust.

Making your own personalized pizza is extremely easy to do. Preheat the oven at 375 degrees. Place crust on a cookie sheet or aluminum sheet. Cover the crust with your favorite pizza topics and bake for 10-15 minutes or until crust begins to brown. My personal favorite pizza to make is with vodka sauce, prosciutto and a three cheese blend on top. So Delicious!
This product can be purchased directly online at www.kinnikinnick.com or in your local super market for under $5 which really is a pretty good deal consider it comes with 4 pizza crusts.
