I was feeling in the mood for some chicken and came across these gluten-free Parmesan breaded chicken breasts on sale at the grocery store. So I picked up a couple of these boxes in good faith that they would be good to eat.  Once I got home, I just preheated my toaster oven, set it and forget it.  Then made some salad to go along with it.  My first bite into the chicken was crispy on the outside and moist and tender on the inside.  Plus the chicken was just full of savory goodness flavor.

The nice thing about this Bell & Evans brand of chicken is you can rest assured that the chicken is not mechanically chopped or separated meat.  There is also no fillers or extenders, its only lightly breaded with rice flour resulting in a wonderful tasting experience.  I recommend these for serving with salad, or pasta or even for making sandwiches. (Note –  Bell & Evans also offers this product in regular Gluten breaded form as well for those that can tolerate the gluten)

Check out the nutrition facts:

I had some cucumber, avocado and tomato salad with this delicious chicken breast.
