In light of the coming Memorial Holiday weekend, we made an easy cool and refreshing snack to start the afternoon off right. This is delicious also for breakfast and even for a dessert! It looks great in a glass, but can also be made in a bowl. We highly recommend using Stonyfield organic french vanilla yogurt because it is one of the better tasting and creamiest yogurt. Use your favorite fruit, or whatever is in season. However in our case, we are using blueberries and strawberries.
Ingredients: (this is for 2 servings of yogurt parfait)
3 tbsp Stonyfield organic french vanilla yogurt (per layer of yogurt or more if desired)
2 Frozen or fresh strawberries
1/3 cup Frozen or fresh blueberries
3 tbsp Chocolate chunk hazelnut biscotti granola (per serving)

Directions:
1. First, put in the Chocolate chunk hazelnut biscotti granola for the initial layer.

2. Second, put in the yogurt on top of the granola.

3. Third, add in the blueberries on top of the yogurt layer.

4. Then, continue to add in another layer of yogurt.

5. Finally top off the yogurt layer with strawberries desired.

Let this cool you down and enjoy!

What an easy, beautiful dessert. Sometimes they’re the best I think!
I’ll make it this weekend and feel patriotic down under

The biscotti makes for a decadent addition. A far nicer touch than your usual granola.
I agree Carolyn, the addition made this parfait stand out a little more then the usual status quo (not that there is anything wrong with granola).
