Archer Farms Blue Corn Tortilla Chips

Archer Farms is Target’s own brand that sells a lot of its own food products across retail target stores the United States.  The other day I stopped by Target and came across these organic blue corn tortilla chips and figure it would be a great idea to purchase some and make some guacamole dip and serve them with these tortilla chips. These tortilla chips are not only delicious, but they are probably one of the best tortilla chips I have eaten in quite some time.

Do not let the color keep you away from trying these tortilla chips because they really are fantastic by itself or with some really good guacamole dip or nacho cheese.

   Very disappointed in the bag of Archer Farms Black Pepper & Lime tortilla chips. The flavor was great but the 14 oz. bag probably contained 5 oz. of broken down chips. I think quality control needs to take a harder look at what is going in the bag,.
