Simply make your spaghetti and meatballs, heroes, meatball pasta sauce and much more with Trader Joe’s meatless meatballs.  They make a great substitution for vegetarians or those who are seeking something new and different but yet is somehow the same in some way.  These meatless meatballs taste pretty good for a soy product and even better when you toss them in with your favorite sauce served with pasta.  Give them a shot and let me know what you think.  I’d like to hear your thoughts on these.  Enjoy!

Really realistic. I made my carnistic friend do a double take when she tried them. Plus they work great in other ways, i let them melt into my chili recipe, about 10 to a crock pot, and they crumble down to a ground beef consistency, and again, i fool taste buds left and right. Best protein option, minus the inhumanity!

I have been turned off by a lot of the imitation meats (including beef, sandwich slices, etc). But for beef, Trader Joe meatballs have been great for all of my recipes. For chicken, I recently fell in love with Quorn pieces (looks like cubed chicken, awesome in stir frys)

I use the meatballs for chili alot. I also use it in my hamburger pie, and I’ve even thawed them to make a meatloaf! They’re very versatile and way better than Morning Star!
