Delicious Asian stir fry beef broccoli noodle

Feeling in the mood for a nice simple Asian stir fry noodle dish?  Here is a dish that provides everything you need from your protein, slow carbs and fast carbs. This dish is good for serving two people so if you make more adjust ingredients.

Ingredients:

12 oz Sirloin Beef Steak tip

Yellow Noodle

1 bunch of broccoli

1 Tbsp Sesame oil

1 Tbsp corn starch

3 gloves of Fresh garlic

1 strand of Scallions

1 Tsp Black pepper

1 Tbsp Soy sauce

3 Tbsp Satay sauce

Directions:

1. First thing you’ll need to do is to do some prep work to make life easier.  So you will need to chop, wash and drain some broccoli.  Then chop up 3 cloves of fresh garlic, scallions into small dices and set aside.

2. Next is the prep work for the beef.  I bought my beef at Whole Foods because I prefer meat without the hormones or pesticides, but you may use whatever you desire.  You should but up the beef into thin slices.  It will help make marinating the meat to absorb marination and cooking easier as well.

3. Once you finished cutting the beef, place it in on a plate or dish for marination.  Add in the fresh garlic, scallions, black pepper, sesame oil and corn starch to the thin sliced beef. Mix the beef and let it marinate for about half an hour.

4. After the beef is done marinating, we can proceed with getting things started with the cooking.  You will need a pot of 6-8 cups of water to bring up to a boil.  Once water is boiling throw in yellow noodle pasta and boil 5-8 minutes or until el dente and drain pasta.

5. You will also want to boil the broccoli until it is soft and cooked (usually about 10 minutes).

6. In a pan, heat up on medium high and add in some extra virgin olive oil and start cooking the beef until brown, then you will need to add in the cooked broccoli and noodle into the pan.

7. Stir noodles and add in  3 table spoon full of satay sauce and continue stirring until it is mixed thoroughly.  Thats it! At this point, you are done and ready to serve Asian stir fry beef noodle on a plate to serve.  Enjoy!
